Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

The cottage is a log-built horse farm old main house and is about 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage has 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a cottage, and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the yard of a horse farm and has horses and cats. Horses can be greeted upon agreement. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.
