Vacation rentals with lake access in Oulu

Very nice and cozy house. We would like to come back again. Everything went well, very nice owner. We mostly liked the sauna and the chimney.

We slept one overnight on our way north. The stay was definitely worth the price and we got a quality breakfast. The place is in a quiet place and would also be great for longer stays.

We’re so in love with Christian’s place! The cottage had everything we needed (16 of us) and the surrounding is just magical and we even tried walking on the frozen sea. We saw the most beautiful sunrise from the dining area / glass patio through the woods covered in snow. The sauna and jacuzzi facing the sea is more than wonderful. The cottage is so cozy that I wish we had more time here. The fireplace outside is a perfect spot to catch the northern lights. If it wasn’t because it was cloudy during our stay, I am sure we would be it perfectly in the sky above. Christian’s is also a wonderful host. He helped us arrange a very intimate reindeer farm visit near by. He also helped us find catering for the Christmas Eve dinner and it was delicious! Communication with Christian went smoothly and he was always very responsive (for planning before the trip and our questions during the stay). We cannot thank Christian more for making our holiday one of the most memorable one. Thanks again!

Smart apartment with all the details in an urban & nautical part of Oulu. Nice kitchen, spacious bathroom, and good bed. Great transportation, for example, on wheels everywhere. Nallikari's sandy beach around the corner. Recommended!

Ruby was very friendly and everything went smoothly. Great accommodation for a work trip. Easy to get to from the train station. Morning coffee was brewed from the house's coffees. There were plenty of dishes. The bed was very good for sleeping.

Great and peaceful place to stay. Beautiful forest surroundings and a nice small lake to fish. Lovely stay.

Everything was promised.

This cottage sits among the great trees of Rokuan, right on the lakeshore. A little answered so that you go down a wooden staircase to the bathing platform, which we liked and from the terrace of the house you have a view of the lake. The national park is at your doorstep, i.e. you can start hiking directly or cycling or cross-country skiing in winter... we liked it very much, the house is all you need, Juha welcomed us personally and was always available for questions! The second house next door didn't affect us at all, you don't see it from the patio and the guests were very considerate! (just like we hopefully). We enjoyed our stay very much!

The two of us were passing through and stayed 3 nights in this lovely cottage. Nicely renovated, everything you need is in it. Nice wood stove! We had our sleeping bags, pillows and (sauna)towels with us. Glad there is also a washing machine for the sauna cloths. The sauna is wonderful by the way! Good to know, you don't hear inside the road and you hardly notice the hikers or cyclists. We don't know whether the lake is clean for swimming, there are signs along the lake where they refer to a beach away due to the discharge of water pipe or something (according to Google translate). We read that later after we chilled in the lake, there was still ice. Whether that can be done in the summer, we don't know. The freezing shower is also nice. 😉
