We absolutely loved staying at Ashley's place. Stayed with our two kids, & our dog & cat. It was very cozy & decorated super cute! Everything was clean & the beds were extremely comfortable. Ashley had coffee K cup pods, tea, & coffee creamer all available to us in the kitchen which was a really nice touch. Our kids appreciated the candy jar! Ashley has the kitchen stocked of everything you could need for cooking/baking. Paper towels & tons of cleaning supplies are also provided which we've never been provided with in multiple other places we've stayed. We liked having the Amazon Alexa available for us to use as well as lots of channels & apps to choose from on the TV. Quiet neighborhood, we actually walked to the bar (Camelot) across the street & the people are so friendly there. There is a Shark Robot vacuum that we used a lot during our stay & she left tons of recommendations of things to do in Appleton. Appreciated they shoveled & salted when it snowed. We LOVED our stay here!!!!!

Our stay at Jenny’s place worked out really well. The location was perfect for everything we did in the area. It is really close to College Avenue and you can travel to Kimberly and Kaukauna very easily. It is close to a dog park as well which was helpful. The neighborhood is very quaint. Great little coffee shop nearby.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The space was beautiful, clean, and so thoughtfully decorated—it really made our girls’ weekend feel extra special. Everything was just as pictured, and the atmosphere made it feel like a little getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

This bnb was perfect and was just what I hoped for. It was super quiet and was easy to get in and out. It was just two blocks from a big grocery store so I was able to get set up quickly. The place was exactly what was shown in the photos, down to the pillows on the couch. The bed sheets were super soft and towels nice and thick. It was great to have a washer and dryer. We had a lot of snow and wind during my stay but a crew came each day to clear the steps and the driveway so I didn't have to. I also loved the chocolate treats on the counter. I would definitely stay here again.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Appleton’s Oldest House! Everything is exactly as described, well-appointed and incredibly well-stocked. Thomas and Laureen have truly thought of everything and are easily available to you should you need anything…though we didn’t because they really have thought of everything (and I’ve never said that about any other Airbnb I’ve stayed in!). The location is perfect if you’re just visiting Appleton or if you’re planning to visit Green Bay for a game (or the draft, like we were)! Will definitely be returning the next time we’re in the area! :)

Cristina’s home is exactly as listed! Extremely peaceful and clean setting. It worked perfect for our Packers game weekend. We’d love to stay again!

Recommend this place for a stay in Appleton. Close to many locations. Parking included. Apartment was clean and had clear instructions. 2 large rooms. Was happy with my stay. *if it snows/sleets, the outside trash bins may freeze up*

The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated being able to adjust the temperature so we were able to be very comfortable. We loved the chocolate treats!

We had a great stay! Perfect amount of space. Beautiful and updated amenities. Even delivered a noise machine to help with noise from the infant staying upstairs! Also had a couple snows while we were there and the drive was always shoveled! 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bright Little Chute Condo! The home looked exactly like the photos. There was some misinformation in the communications with Evolve stating that there are bedroom lofts. The good news is that none of the bedrooms are lofts. There are three bedrooms, completely closed and private, which was what we were hoping for and matches the photos. The home is a split level, with the upper floor including a living room, kitchen, and king bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom. The lower floor has a fireplace and bed in an open office area at the bottom of the stairs, a laundry, a full bathroom, and two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Our family, including three kids, loved our stay here. The location is private, in a residential area. Restaurants in the surrounding areas were delicious. There is a landfill nearby. We stayed in the winter and that didn’t impact our stay. Thank you for hosting a most enjoyable stay for our family!

From the very beginning, Jami went above and beyond. She kindly offered us early check-in and late checkout, even though our arrival time was quite unusual — we arrived around 2 AM, and she had left a generous amount of snacks and food for us, along with some lights on to make us feel welcome and comfortable right away. Throughout our stay, communication with Jami was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She surprised us with delicious homemade pastries — and what touched us the most was the beautiful blue and yellow ribbon she used, recognizing that we are Ukrainian. That small gesture meant the world to us. The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful — impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and everything thoughtfully prepared with great care. Thank you, Jami. This condo was great while in Green Bay for a Packers game. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and the stadium less than a 10 minute drive away. The condo was as described and was very clean and comfortable. Megan was amazing to work with and was very responsive throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Really cute, clean place in a nice location in Appleton. We loved the private access, soaking tub, and use of laundry machine. This was a great stay!
