Good option to stay in Cabo cold, escaping the prices in front of the beaches. It is in front of the lagoon, very close to the big mall of the city and only about 8/10 minutes by car from the beach of the fort or the neighborhood of the passage. good value for money. Kelly always responded quickly to any concerns before and during the stay. recommend!

The only bad thing was that they couldn't stay for more days. The house is wonderful, with great tranquility and a private access to a beach of white sands and without other people. The house was impeccable and the service of Amanda super profisional. Gratidao for everything, we'll be back for sure!

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

We love the house of Andreia, very comfortable, cozy and with an excellent leisure area. The Condominium is very quiet, safe and the lagoon is great and is very close to the house. Andreia is a very attentive person and answers any doubts quickly. Leidiane is responsible for check-in and check-out is also wonderful. Anyway, we love everything!

Without words to describe my days at the Camila residence in Arraial,I went to celebrate my birthday together with my family, pleasant days, wonderful stay,my family was feeling at home, the salty lagoon is wonderful and is close to the house ,Camila very helpful and responded very quickly,taking all my doubts,house very equipped with everything, for sure I will return!!!!!!!

Our stay was great, Maeli and Dayse their super helpful collaborator and ready to assist us. The house is in a quiet and safe condominium, 5 minutes away has a main one with groceries, pharmacy, bakery!!

Easy to access location, bakery and restaurant nearby. Super clean apartment, all necessary utensils in the kitchen. I just missed the information that they would not provide bed and bath linens, but it was practical to provide them, it did not hinder the stay at all. Flexible check-out.

Correspondeu, a very good condominium, gentle and polite staff, very top apartment, everything working well. covered garage space, children had a lot of fun, 20 minutes of walking to the beach of the fort. Everything went very well.

Nothing complaining about the internal area apartment but external area leaves to be desired in the area of parking we were in two cars that did not have parking spaces, pharmacy and markets very far away for us that we went with a 1 year old child became complicated to buy diapers and fruits.

The stay was simply wonderful! Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with super-scented bed and bath linens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, which made all the difference in our experience. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and the restaurants of Prainha, which made our tours a lot easier. The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

Our hosting with Valmir and Fatima was excellent! From the moment we closed with them, they have always shown a lot of attention. We gave us recommendations for tours, nearby locations! The atmosphere of the apartment is excellent, close to many shops, it is very nice. I highly recommend it .

I really liked everything, it corresponds exactly to the announcement, only reservation is the refrigerator that was not working right and the door has to do maintenance but, this did not disturb our tour! Great, quiet place, for those who like trail and walk through the dunes the place is ideal, we get great photos.

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
