The apartment is a dream. Everything was impeccable, the area is very comfortable, we went with children and we all had an excellent time.

Great stay, it met our expectations, as in the listing, everything working. Paulo left everything right for check-in and check-out, it was very quick and quiet. The apartment was very clean, air running in every room. We very much like it, all practical to use in the kitchen, and well organized, we intend to return soon. Note 10 for me.

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

From the first moment, Anderson was very attentive and quick to respond, I made it easy for us to give us recommendations of places to do tourism and very good restaurants. We were with a baby and Anderson took the time to bring the crib for our comfort. The house as shown in the photos, clean, safe and with all amenities, the surroundings as well. Highly recommended!

The place is identical to the photos of the listing, in good location, close to the boarding of the taxi boat, we almost did not use the car which was good, as the traffic in the city during the holiday was very intense. We were greeted very kindly by Patrícia who showed us the apartment and gave some instructions about the condominium. The appliances were very useful and we had no problems during the stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

Marco was very attentive and friendly during our stay. Very spacious, cozy and well ventilated house. The kitchen is complete with many utensils. Very calm area and with a great pool.

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

Great house! My family and I like the house very much. The house and the condominium is very organized, the place is clean and easily accommodates people. The location is excellent too, we can quickly access the main attractions of the city. We feel very safe too, that is an important point! We'll be back!

Luis's house is very nice located in a beautiful condominium with flowers and nature..it is very comfortable they are 3 rooms and a large living kitchen is well equipped for cooking ..washing your clothes and relaxing .If you don't have a car through the door pass the vans that take you to the different beaches. Luis's attention is excellent giving recommendations and solving inconveniences. I recommend going

A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Second time we rented, it was me, my husband, my mother, my mother's dog and my furry son. Great, quiet, safe house (has watches that prowl by bike at night), good bedrooms, 2 pillows for each guest, very good bedding with elastic sheets and another on top, great microfiber blankets, great bath towels that wipe well, nice face towel, large room with fan, very good appliances, stove, large refrigerator, great new airfryer, plenty of pots and utensils, electric coffeemaker, in short, we feel at home. We arrived late at night and the keys were at the concierge that was great, the gate with remote control and I LOVED O RECADINHO COM BOMBOM that they left to welcome us. The dogs were good at home! I highly recommend this place! Only one tip is to take repellent by being close to the lagoon but nothing to hinder the stay! Super polite and solicitous hosts. We answered promptly when it was necessary! ☺️

To stay a few days with my family in this paradise was perfect, we really enjoyed the condominium, and it has everything close to walking or driving. The place is great, Alessandro and André were very receptive and we gave all the instructions and tips for enjoying the city.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

The place is just like the photos. It is located in the best condominium in Arraial do Cabo, near the area to take the boats to go to Pontal. If you go to Arraial, I recommend staying here!
