It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

The Lincoln is a newly renovated, extra nice, apartment just outside the city limits of Campbellsville. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig for fresh morning coffee and a variety of coffee flavors provided. King size bed in bedroom on the upper level, sleeper sofa in living room. 55 inch smart tv in living room. 65 inch in bedroom. 3 miles to green river lake, Walmart, and Campbellsville University. 5 miles from Taylor Regional Hospital. Guest will check themselves in with keypad code.

Second story one room cabin with open vaulted ceilings ( must be able to climb stairs to access). Sleeping for 4 and possible 5th with couch. Full kitchen with bar, ¾ bathroom. However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.
