My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

In less than 5 minutes, you can walk to Oxford Street’s best restaurants, pubs, cafes and the famous Paddington markets and Centennial Park. Bathed in natural light with new interiors, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The house is a smaller style terrace and the stairs are steeper than modern homes and can sometimes be an issue for young children or elderly guests.

This inner city studio is within easy walking distance to Rushcutters Bay and the harbour, Oxford st, Five Ways village, cafes and art galleries plus it's a one minute walk to Glenmore Rd and buses that take you to Bondi Junction and then onto Bondi Beach or the city. A quiet cul-de-sac with prolific bird life.
