The house is even better than in the photos! Very spacious and comfortable, with an excellent leisure area — we have a lot of enjoyment of the barbecue and the pool table. The kitchen is super-equipped, which made it much easier during the stay. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated, and because we catch cold days, we end up not using as much as we'd like. One point that could improve is the organization of the bedrooms and bathrooms, which had many objects and personal clothes, which hindered our storage a little. Overall, it was a very good stay and was well worth it!

Lovely home - Helayne responsive to requests and concerns/questions. New jacuzzi does take a while to prep, but once we had it ready it was very nice to relax in with friends. Lookout platform was spectacular, and we loved the hammocks, the seating areas of the patio/property, and the well-equipped kitchen. Thanks Helayne!

A M A M O S the stay! If you seek a getaway in the wild to rest and slow down is a great option. Spaco itself offers direct contact with nature, hammock, shower, external fire pit, indoor fireplace, TV in the living room, good wifi, various utensils in the kitchen, airfryer, oven. It was extremely comfortable to stay these 5 days there without missing anything, for shopping we went to a local market, on the main highway. About nature, maria plant and cultivates several things and allows contact with this plant, orchard, meliponario (bees without ferry), which makes the experience more special, both for adult children and animals. We went with our dog and he loved it, the property is all fenced and he can walk freely. We recommend it and, if possible, we will certainly return! Thank you, Maria!

The cabin is cozy and clean. Great for nature immersion and for relaxing. The host is very welcoming, helpful and welcoming as well. I'll definitely go more often.

It was an amazing stay! Everything clean, organized, very well-equipped (there was nothing missing), besides being a very beautiful and huge place. We celebrate my daughter's birthday with comfort, beauty and practicality. We felt like we were in a bed and breakfast! Finally, the instructions were clear and Nara was always available for communication.

Good place, very beautiful, all organized and well sanitized bed and bath linens. I confess that the smell of the cottage bothered a little. We rented both houses, but we didn't use the dependencies of the chalet so much.

The Rose House of the Golden Land is a true getaway in the midst of nature. The site has a differentiated energy that is worth experiencing. Extremely clean, well cared for and equipped with everything you might need in a home. Bed linens are of quality and good smell. The site is even nicer than the photos appear. Despite the proximity to nature, the insects do not bother and there are almost no pernilongs. The hostess provided all the necessary information and we were very well received by the homemakers Carlos and Irene, very friendly and helpful (they stay away from the property and in no way get in the way of privacy; the same goes for the cottage that is in the area of the country). The area has no cell signal (with exceptions for very specific points), but wi-fi works well. There were some power spikes during our stay, but in general not very long-lasting. We would definitely return to our host in this small paradise just 30 minutes from the pilot plan and with great value for money
