Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 600 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.

Our apartment is independent. It is above our house, so you will have us close by for whatever you need. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It has A/C, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to spend a few pleasant days in our city. The neighborhood is very quiet, an 8-minute walk to downtown, and has a city bus stop 100 meters away. Easy parking in the area. The beach area is a 5-minute drive.

IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.

To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.
