Best of all if you have brought your furry friend, the dog park is only 1.5 miles away or continue on down the road another .5 miles to Cloman Park, home to amazing cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking and great disc golf. Intimate, secluded quiet apartment

DO NOT BOOK W/O AWD-4WD IN WINTER. ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Do not book unless you are 24 or older. I am an on-site owner. Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.

Our RiverView Loft has a mountain modern style with new furnishings throughout. The finishes are very attractive to the eye. We are located in downtown Pagosa Springs across the street from the San Juan River. A relaxing walk to all the Hot Springs, geothermal domes, breweries, parks and so much more is all within 5 to 15 minutes from our loft. We also live on-site next door to the loft. We also provide garden access to fresh vegetables, and a relaxed atmosphere.
