Fenced yard for kids and pets. Paddle boat and kayaks to use right in front of the house. Close to trails for hiking and biking. Just 10 minutes from town on a paved road from the world famous natural Hot Springs. Lots of wildlife on the lake and around the property. Perfect sunrises and sunsets.

This stunning Mid-Century Modern house has it all, including an amazing view of Pagosa Lake and the San Juan mountains!
