Vacation rentals with breakfast in Paignton Beach

I was attending a wedding in Exeter and Stuart's place was a great location to walk to the venue. Stuart and Nicola are really warm and friendly and I felt like I was staying with family. They made me a lovely breakfast in the morning with homemade jam. I would definitely choose to stay again if I'm ever back in Exeter Thankyou so much

Holly was super helpful both before I arrived to make sure I knew how to get there with different options for travel. She is really welcoming, gave me tips or nice walks in the area and suggestions for places to eat. When I didn´t have an adapter for my European changer, she appeared with one of her own. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a peaceful place to stay, easy to get into the town center and to walks around the area. I definitely woudl recommend Holly!

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

I thought the room was beautiful. I had a lovely nights sleep listening to the gentle sound of the river flowing outside.

My stay at Pippa’s was sublime. The room was stunning with beautiful light, the bathroom spotless and the location perfect. It felt like a hotel room, with every detail thought of and communicated well. Pippa was very friendly and I very much enjoyed chatting if our paths crossed. She is very knowledgeable of the area and had a big box full of things to do in the local area and further afield. The house itself is very close to the town centre, and Totnes is well located for access to the Dart Valley Trail and the moors if you enjoy walking. I highly recommend a stay here and I hope to come back when I’m next in the area!

Lovely place, easy to find and very comfortable. The pub is very close and serves good food. The walks are right on the doorstep and the view of the moors is majestic. Theresa and Bob are great hosts and we would love to stay again.

Another lovely stay. We were there primarily for a conference, but really enjoyed the Sidmouth especially our daily walk to the sea front via the Byes which is a beautiful riverside stroll. We felt at home, enjoyed the breakfast and even the lovely dogs made us feel at home!

Great place in a good location. Host was friendly and welcoming. There is a slight draft that comes into the bedroom that did make it quite cold at night and in the mornings but otherwise would recommend this place

Second time here and loved it again! Impeccably clean and tidy on arrival, lovely little outside place to enjoy a drink, own driveway for your car. Lovely, comfy main bed. Everything required in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

It was a lovely place to stay, and a great pub just down the road as well. Couldn’t ask for anything more. 🙂

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike and Anne’s. They were so lovely and gave the best local recommendations. We took 2 under twos with us and the flat was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us, they even provided a cot! Lots of breakfast supplies were left for us which was amazing and the flat looks even better in person! I will definitely be back in the future for a longer stay:) thank you so much for a great stay!

The most amazing break, make all the more wonderful by such an amazing place to stay. Everything you could possibly need, and more provided in accommodation that was so clean and perfectly located. Communication with Vicki was second to none. Thankyou Vicki. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

It's difficult to 'say a few words' in the space allotted because from the welcome to the assistance with our departure, everything was perfection. I have owned a historic inn, am a participant in the Air B&B in the US and a world traveler and can say with confidence that our stay at The Cider Barn was the best Air B&B experience we've ever had. Louise is the consummate hostess and excels at gracious hospitality. She is a concierge who is not only knowledgeable but makes the experience happen. She generously provided transportation to and from a wedding reception for us as we found the small lane driving at night quite intimidating as Americans. Even finding the 'hidden gem' was a challenge for us but well worth it and we boosted our learning curve as time went on, all too quickly. The property is exquisite; it easily qualifies for submission in Architectural Digest. We are deeply grateful to Louise, our hostess, and any guest is fortunate to stay here.

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

Trish and Roger were so welcoming, made us feel at home. The breakfast was a very welcome plus for us as we were heading off early to attend a funeral and it saved us having to find somewhere. Their dog was very sweet too.

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

It’s was a brilliant place, the area is perfect, very beautiful and quiet but also very close to travel into the city or seaside! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has a beautiful garden and a charming traditional style. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Polly is a lovely and friendly host who respected our privacy, which made us feel completely at ease. She also kindly guided us to local sightseeing spots, which helped us make the most of our trip. Every morning, she prepared a lovely breakfast for us, including fresh bread with jam, milk, almond milk, cereal, tea, and coffee. It was a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

Ken & Teijun were perfect hosts. They were not intrusive at all but available if I needed anything . They went over and above to make me feel at home. I stayed in a very large room with an en-suite in a very nice area of Brixham. Teijun cooked me a great breakfast at a time to suit me . I would definitely stay with them again . Thank you both .
