Hound Tor Annexe, everything you need in one place

our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, the property has CCTV for security. We do have our own dog’s which you may hear on occasions please bear this in mind when booking, our neighbours recently acquired 2 dachshunds that can be yappy sometimes. We are in an excellent location to visit beaches, and the local zoo, local eatery’s, Brixham Harbour, Dartmouth

Perfect for an adult seaside getaway, whatever the season, in Paignton on the beautiful English Riviera. This 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is a very easy, 1 minute walk from Paigntons beach & pier & has the benefit of off road parking. The town is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the train station, if you wish to explore further afield. I have designed my property to offer level access for people with mobility problems, but the bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Adults only please.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, (TUB NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN) in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and newly converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely and quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
