Vacation rentals with a patio in Palaja

A haven of peace in the heart of the city. We had a real crush on this oasis of greenery and tranquility. We would have stayed more than one night! Barbara's instructions for finding the apartment were very clear and it was a real plus to be able to leave our bikes on the terrace. The bedding is comfortable and the sheets are soft! We recommend this place.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Very nice apartment, well-equipped and very well located, the garage is perfect, you can do everything on foot! We enjoyed the little extras (coffee, madeleines, etc.) I highly recommend Florence's apartment.

I will always remember this very special time at Maison Magnifique. The land, the home, the quietude of the natural surroundings...it all filled my soul and brought me such joy and peace. Guillaume was an incredible host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was having to leave! Anyone who has the chance to visit this beautiful home and to meet kind Guillaume, is so very fortunate. Merci beaucoup, Guillaume! I hope I can return some day...

We've been very comfortable. Lucy, a charm that although I spoke very little Spanish, we understood each other perfectly. Super quiet area, the best...the Nordic bathroom, which although it was 9 at night when we got in, Anthony kept it on . Please provide us with champagne from a small producer in the area at a reasonable price, which by the way is very good!!. Recommended stay, for kindness, location near Le Cite, cleanliness... Thanks Anthony and Lucy!!!

A very nice discovery, both in terms of the place and the hosts. The different accommodations are arranged in harmony in a relaxing landscape.
