L'allotjament, com es pot veure a les fotografies, es compon de la cuina moderna i totalment equipada (inducció, cafetera nespresso, rentaplats i renta roba, i tots els utensilis necessaris per cuinar); el saló amb el sofà-llit, la taula per 4 comensals i la televisió; un bany complet; una habitació-canviador amb un gran armari, i l'habitació amb el llit de matrimoni amb un armari adicional. Els hostes poden accedir a la totalitat del pis, al balcó i, si es vol, al pàrquing. És un edifici de 18 plantes, el pis està en la 5ª, on s'hi pot accedir des del carrer a través d'un ascensor fins al hall i després amb un altre s'accedeix al pis.
