The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

The property offered here is located in the former barn of our historic courtyard complex. Modern comfort, antiques and the historic buildings offer a unique atmosphere to feel good. The bathroom with corner bath, as well as a bedroom, are located on the upper level, in the middle of the living room, the kitchen a few stairs down. At the foot of the Donon massif, we offer a completely renovated gîte from an old barn. It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom for each: Two equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub.
