Very pleasant apartment, highly recommended.

We had an amazing time here, we spend a week here with our 2 years old daughter and we wished to stay more. The villa is spacious with big decks, and the front deck gives you the perfect view for breakfast or dinner. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk away is a small and amazing beach, the beach itself has a wild atmosphere but there are a few chairs with umbrella for rent and a bar & restaurant on the top. Close by the villa you can find a few good restaurants, one of them is 1 min away and it is the best we tried food is delicious. A car is a nice to have since the closest grocery stores is 4 - 5 min by car

Awesome stay at Xenio Avlais, the location permits to explore easily all the North-East coast of the island. The room was very good (just be aware that there are mosquitos so close the windows at night), the kitchen permits us to cook in the room which was very helpful. Thanks again to Nikos and Mary ;)

Apartment as pictured, great view. Friendly and helpful host. Conveniently located and equipped with reserved parking. Acceptable cleanliness (to review the shower tray). Super satisfied!
