We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Het was een heerlijk huis, erg nieuw. De locatie is erg fijn: rustig, vrij gelegen met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk: best groot, verwarmd (ongeveer 4 graden warmer) en lekkere ligbedden. Luca is erg vriendelijk en relaxed en hij reageert snel. Hij is erg bereid om te helpen.

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

We had a lovely stay at the villa - Daniel the manager was very attentive and nothing was a bother! Even when my wee one needed medical attention he was on hand for advice and support and checked in regularly to ensure we were okay! Great location, close to lots of great towns and food places. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Skønt hus! Masser af plads til vores familie fra 1-66 år. Stor have med plads til leg, dejligt køkken og gode, store soveværelser med hver sit fine badeværelse. Kommunikationen med værten gik perfekt. Udsigten til bjergene og Cortona var vidunderlig. Vi savnede kun lidt varmere vejr ;-)

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

Estávamos em um grupo de 13 pessoas, 4 famílias. A casa tinha muito espaço, todos com privacidade. Casa impecável, muito confortável. Jardim amplo, mesa de Ping pong e piscina que infelizmente não pudermos usar porque era inverno. Área Barbecue excelente. Não sentimos falta de nada! Obrigada Frederic

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa Caprile. La maison est magnifique, avec une décoration élégante et des équipements modernes qui ont rendu notre séjour très confortable. La vue panoramique sur les collines environnantes, notamment sur Cortona, et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires étaient tout simplement à couper le souffle. De plus, les hôtes étaient incroyablement accueillants et attentifs, toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils sur les meilleures attractions locales. La possibilité d'avoir recours à la personne en charge de la villa pour organiser des repas ou faire les courses est un réel atout. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa à quiconque cherche une escapade luxueuse et tranquille en Italie. Un grand merci pour cette expérience inoubliable !

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Andrew. Sa maison est magnifique et très agréable. Nous étions 9 et nous n'étions pas à l'étroit grâce aux 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. La maison reste fraiche pendant la journée malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et bien fleuri. Les différentes terrasses sont très appréciables surtout celle ombragée par une superbe glycine. La piscine est parfaite avec sa plage et ses nombreux transats. L'environnement est très calme et la vue très belle. Andrew nous a fourni de bons conseils que nous avons suivis pour nos visites quotidiennes. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre semaine de vacances, les petits comme les grands.

Borgo Elena è un posto incantevole nella campagna Toscana, perfetto se avete intenzione di trascorrere dei giorni in totale relax con la vostra metà o un gruppo di amici. Elena ed il padre Mario molto gentili e disponibili.

Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Hügellandschaft der Marken. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin mit perfektem Service. Etwas abgeschieden aber dafür extrem ruhig und erholsam. Ca. 30 min ans Meer und in die Berge (Grotte di Frasassi).

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa ai Cedri and a perfect authentic Italian holiday. The House is absolutely amazing everything you need is there and the views with the landscape and the pool were stunning. Giovan was always really helpful and responded super fast to any questions. Overall we can only recommend staying here as families or as friend groups.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and view are absolutely amazing and the house is big enough for a big group of people. Especially the outdoor furniture was very nice and the communication was great! Just a note for future guests: the track to the house is not easy to pass with some cars.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the nature! The house is amazing, every room has its charm and everything is in good condition. They left a lot of stuff in the bathroom for guest use, fruits and local products in the kitchen to taste. They also provided all the necessary to cook and prepare meals. We have a baby and they had a lot of helpful items like high chair, baby cot, changer and bath. The host was really helpful, Camilla gave us local recommendations, she answered fast and fixed everything within minutes.

Vårt opphold med storfamilien vår i Ospitaletto 49 ble svært vellykket. Vivar 16 mennesker ogleide hele huset. Bassenget var rent og og innbydende og huset rent og trivelig. Verten var svært hjelpsom og hyggelig. Verten var innom hver dag og stelte med hagen, matet kattene (mange!), viste oss modne bær og frukter og hjalp til med informasjon. De pratet kun italiensk, men vi kommuniserte via oversettelses-apper. Det var 2 sykler som var brukbare etter at vi selv hadde justert og smurt dem. Det var ikke myggnetting på alle rom, men vi fikk hjelp til å få dette opp. Samme med de manglende viftene, det ble raskt hjulpet til med å skaffe vifter. Været var visstnok mye varmere og mere myggfullt enn normalt (virker sannsynlig, vi kom rett etter en varmebølge). Området var nydelig, men flotte landsbyer og småbyer svært nærme, både i gangavstand og ikke minst en kort kjøretur unna.
