We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Caprile. The house is beautiful, with stylish decor and modern amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The panoramic view of the surrounding hills, including Cortona, and the spectacular sunsets were simply breathtaking. Plus, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always available to answer our questions and give us advice on the best local attractions. The ability to use the person in charge of the villa to organize meals or shop is a real asset. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway in Italy. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

It was a lovely house, very new. The location is very nice: quiet, detached with an amazing view of the area. The pool is also lovely: quite large, heated (about 4 degrees warmer) and nice sunbeds. Luca is very friendly and relaxed and he responds quickly. He is very willing to help.

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

We had a lovely stay at the villa - Daniel the manager was very attentive and nothing was a bother! Even when my wee one needed medical attention he was on hand for advice and support and checked in regularly to ensure we were okay! Great location, close to lots of great towns and food places. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Lovely house! Plenty of room for our family from 1-66 years old. Large garden with room for play, nice kitchen and good, large bedrooms with each its own nice bathroom. Communication with the host went perfectly. The view to the mountains and Cortona was wonderful. We only missed a little warmer weather; -)

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

Beautiful home, spectacular view, the pool was gorgeous too and perfectly clean. Gabriella was an exceptional host - providing everything we needed and was readily available for any questions/requests. Gabriella is very kind and even helped us when our son was ill, directing us to and accompanying us to a paediatric clinic and speaking with the doctors which was incredibly helpful and comforting - Gabriella really goes above and beyond to help. The location is superb for exploring the local area and the town of Tuoro is close enough to provide all you need - cafes in the main square, butcher, grocery shop and pharmacy all within waking distance. We had an excellent stay.

Tegolaio was the perfect place for our group or friends. We were able to visit around the wonderful Umbria and Toscana or just stay at home reading in one of the multiple cosy areas of the house or simply chilling by the pool. Plenty of room for everyone. The 4 bathrooms and showers are surprisingly modern and the bedrooms classy. The kitchen is a dream full of every item you can think of. Having lunch or dinner under the impressive wisteria or having breakfast looking at the mountains, our favorite moments every day. Andrew was fun, kind and very very helpful. Already thinking of repeating next year. Just the perfect stay!

Borgo Elena is a lovely place in the Tuscan countryside, perfect if you plan to spend days in total relaxation with your half or a group of friends. Elena and his father Mario are very kind and helpful.

Great solution for those looking for a place surrounded by nature but close to the most beautiful cities of Umbria and Tuscany. In 10 minutes by car you can reach Città di Castello, in 1 hour Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Gubbio. The house has 3 very well cared for large independent apartments, the living area is fabulous with two large rooms for lunch all together and a really fantastic restaurant kitchen complete with all the appliances, especially for those who know how to tinker on the stove: -) Super friendly and helpful host Highly recommended for those who want to spend a period of leisure in more families, especially with children. We'll try the pool again in the summer

Absolutely breathtaking

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa ai Cedri and a perfect authentic Italian holiday. The House is absolutely amazing everything you need is there and the views with the landscape and the pool were stunning. Giovan was always really helpful and responded super fast to any questions. Overall we can only recommend staying here as families or as friend groups.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the nature! The house is amazing, every room has its charm and everything is in good condition. They left a lot of stuff in the bathroom for guest use, fruits and local products in the kitchen to taste. They also provided all the necessary to cook and prepare meals. We have a baby and they had a lot of helpful items like high chair, baby cot, changer and bath. The host was really helpful, Camilla gave us local recommendations, she answered fast and fixed everything within minutes.

We were a group of 16 people, half adults, half teenagers, who spent one week at Ostipellago49, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. A beautiful and rustic former farmhouse turned into four separate flats fully equipped to house our large group. Although we missed a communal kitchen, we managed to use one of the kitchens as our main cooking area and made good use of the multiple barbecue options. The small vegetable garden provided us with fresh lettuce and tomatoes free of charge. During the hot afternoons, the pool area was a prime spot for relaxation with the plentiful sunbeds, shady canopies and a large pool. Even after returning back home, Theresa and Valerio continued to provide great service, sending us a hoodie that one of us had forgotten. The language barrier was easily managed via mobile translation tools. We offer our best recommendations.
