Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Palm Beach

Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

I've stayed at two of Derek's properties on numerous occasions, and as usual, I've always had a great experience. Derek's properties are clean and clutter free and conveniently located to many restaurants, bars, and shopping venues. I highly recommend Derek's properties and will definitely stay at one of his properties again in the future.

It was a great stay and the house had a beautiful backyard. Great area if you are looking to get around to nearby attractions as well!

Really enjoyed our stay here. This was a nice well needed family getaway. The host was very responsive and has a well put together home. We will definitely be back and recommend for others in the future.

I could not have asked for more when it came to this listing. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. It felt very safe and very peaceful. It was also only six minutes from the airport and we had to fly out on a 7:30 am flight. This booking came after my family's vacation was upended and we needed to find a last minute place to stay for our last night in town. This house and backyard is exactly as described. They spared no expense! There was lovely music playing upon entering the home, as well as music on the back patio by the pool--all of it controlled electronically by a tech pad in the kitchen. The linens were fresh and clean. The kitchen was stocked and spotless. And the pool was a gorgeous place to let my kids have their last vacation swim. This listing and what it offered was JUST what we needed after a very difficult start to our trip. Thank you for actually being what you described. I am so thankful and lucky to have come across this place!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

My family and I stayed here for a week over the holidays(2 adults/2kids under 10). We all were comfortable and had a great time. The house was clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. The hosts surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was great. We spent more than half of our time enjoying the pool and backyard. We will be back. Thanks so much!

We had an amazing stay at Samio’s house! The house is just as the pictures show. It is a beautiful, peaceful home with plenty of room. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Beautiful!! The patio area is the best part with the fire pit!! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!! Thank you Samio!!

Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

Amy was very accommodating. We did not end up staying as our flights were cancelled and we could not get here. She refunded us the full amount as it was out of our control which was very nice of her and something she did not have to do per the policy. We appreciated it dearly and would definitely book here again, hoping our flights did not get cancelled. She always answered our messages in a timly manor and was very nice!

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

This place is in the perfect area. You have the option to be a beach bum or be touristy and on the strip. Everything is walking distance and if it's not, you can hop on the water taxi right around the corner. The place itself is very clean and the beds are VERY comfy. Leo is very responsive. Overall great spot!

Lorraine and Greg were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Their place was perfect for what we were looking for!

My family and I enjoyed an excellent stay at Nadine's condo in Delray Beach. It was such a great place to be -- right next to all the activities around Atlantic Ave but also peaceful. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and loaded with plenty of amenities. We appreciated Nadine's hospitality throughout. Many thanks and highly recommended!

Aj was always available with anything... place was clean, Boynton Beach was a good location

We had a lovely week and will be back to Katerina’s place. The condo is comfortable and well equipped, but the view is spectacular. The balcony is huge! The location was ideal with a tiki bar downstairs for a quick poolside meal or drink and the walk to Lauderdale by the sea was super easy. A great vacation spot!

Each time I had questions and something that needed attention, Marilyn was quick to reply and take care of our needs. I would feel confident in booking with her in the future.

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.

Great stay. Lovely area, friendly complex. Would recommend
