Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Palmetto Dunes

Everything was clean and well-kept. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The welcome note and starter coffee & tea were an added bonus! Everything was maintained and we were very comfortable. The only complaint is the fenced-in outdoor area is not accessible from inside the house, therefore we had to leash our dogs before taking them out to go potty each time. Minor inconvenience, especially in the middle of the night, and I just think it should have been noted in property description. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this property again. Lovely place!

We loved our stay at Christine's place! Pictures were accurate and the place was clean and had very cute decor - perfect getaway to the beach. Beach equipment included was nice. We felt right at home!

LOVE Carlos and Marci's place! It was a perfect set up for 7 of us, 2 families. Us adults have our own bedrooms and the kids have their own room to hangout. The house is clean, well decorated, and has everything you need. Even the light switches are labeled. That was so thoughtful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very close to the gas station, groceries stores, and an awesome Italian ice place (totally recommend the lemon ice)!! We visited both Tybee Island and Savannah while staying. It was perfect for us to come home to chill without too long of a commute on any given day. Lots of space to rest. One thing though, the bathroom is in the kid's room, so, they do have to leave the door open, or else, we just use the downstairs bathroom. We had to contact Carlos and Marci for something, they got back to us and things were taken care of right away. Very responsive and helpful!!

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

We arrived to an Easter basket full of goodies and a charcuterie platter because Renee, the property manager, everyone deserves an Easter basket on Easter. That was truly kind. The place is fantastic- bigger than pictures make it appear, light and sunny, meticulously clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved gas grill! The backyard is super cool with a pergola covered in jasmine- smelled so good. Inside is super clean and fresh- everything painted and in great shape. Bed was comfortable. It is great to have the washer and dryer as well. We really got to know Renee, the manager, and that was great too. The whole island feeling is wonderful, and Banana Breeze and Renee engender that atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

Our stay at Shawn’s was absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood is so nice and welcoming. The short drive to Tybee was a huge help on our beach day and they even have a few beach accessories to borrow if you forget your own! The drive to Savannah was easy as well! Their deck and decorations are so homey and fun you couldn’t help but settle in and feel rested and ready to adventure and have fun. The beds and furniture were super comfy and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied even with a few nice surprises that sealed the deal for a wonderful weekend! The ducks were adorable to watch from the deck and we love dogs so the pups on duty were adorable as well! We would stay here again for sure!

Great spot to host a family or group of friends! Everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, relaxing to come back too after walking around all day. Convenient location between downtown Savannah and tybee island!

Overall this home is exactly as described. Very large with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The two palm trees in the front yard on either side of the driveway have been taken out which isn’t a huge deal except I was hoping to hang a banner between them which didn’t happen. The yard plants need some trimming and the front deck has a damaged board or two, but the inside of the house was very nicely done. All of the furniture was in great shape and very sturdy, durable, and comfortable! The pool was nice but a bit too chilly for us to enjoy when we were there. The screen on the pool enclosure needs to be replaced due to storm damage but we were informed of that prior to our visit and it didn’t make a difference in the pool area or our enjoyment of it. Having two staircases to the upstairs bedrooms was very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was very convenient to Kroger and Starbuck’s. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great place for our group to stay during a local golf tournament. Bedroom layout was great for several couples and had a nice central living area. House has everything we needed for the weekend and more. Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Tybee Island Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked for a perfect family getaway. Our kids had a blast with the pool table, while we started every morning with coffee overlooking the beautiful marsh—such a peaceful view. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but both were sparkling clean and ready to enjoy. The location was ideal, and Emily was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided and the list of local recommendations. It’s clear Emily thought of everything to make this a wonderful week at Tybee. Highly recommend!

Meahgan was a responsive and accommodating host. She and the property manager, Meg, were quick to respond to our questions and were accommodating to our travel plans. We had arrived earlier than expected and they were able to adjust the cleaning schedule so we could check in a bit earlier. The home is well located - a short drive to restaurants, groceries at Publix, and most importantly, a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home itself was comfortable and well appointed. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool area and a nice sized kitchen and dining area. We cooked a few meals there in comfort. I would certainly recommend her place if traveling to HHI!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Our stay in Anthony’s House was incredible!! This is an Amazing Place! Had high expectations with the amount of positive reviews and it totally met them. Anthony went above and beyond with communication and he stoped by to make sure we have everything we needed and also he recommend places to visit and stores around the island! We visited Tybee Island 15 years ago and feel like we were staying at the best spot on the Island. 8 adults and a kid stayed in this beautiful home!! The swim up bar and outdoor tv was a huge hit with the guys. The open kitchen and living room was great for cooking, chatting and dining. Each of the bedrooms provided comfort for each of us!! The home was everything we needed for staying on Tybee Island. Also there is more amenities like ping pong table, foosball table and much more!! Thank you Anthony!!!

family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. the kids loved the game room and the pool! we loved the location. it's close to Kroger, Walmart, Publix, and other stores for groceries and other needs. Only 10 min from tybee Island and 15 min from downtown savannah. the hosts were very responsive and friendly. communication and instruction was on point! we will definitely stay again! thank you so much for making our vacation perfect! 💕

We enjoyed our vacation and chose the home as close to family and familiar with area. Booking was easy and clear communication with check in instructions. The home was exactly as expected and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the sunny fenced yard for the pup and the quiet, private, serene backyard with lovely pool and hot tub. Location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from grocery, restaurant & shoppes. Great communication, instructions, very clean and comfy! Overall such a great stay! Cute cottage and great location! Beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The pool was dirty when we arrived but they quickly sent over someone to clean it.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect for me, my wife and 2 adult children. The location was easily accessible to the beach and walking paths. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals rather than go out to eat every night. We really enjoyed our stay, wish the weather was better though, it rained almost every day.

We loved our stay at Pam and Paul’s beach house. We felt right at home the moment we walked inside. They thought of everything one may need even down to a crate and water/food bowl for your furry family member. You can tell much thought went into renovations, furniture, bedding, etc. We love Stones Throw Villas because of being walkable to the beach and restaurants. This is one of the better villas we have booked. We would most definitely return.

We loved the location in Shipyard, private but near the beach and restaurants we frequented. The villa was extremely clean with up-to-date appliances and finishes. Would definitely stay again if the right opportunity comes up.

She was wonderful. That neighborhood is amazing with a near by park for kids and dogs to enjoy. Old town Bluffton is right down the road and cannot be beat. It is also centrally located to everything and 22 mins from the closest dog friendly beach on the island. We cannot wait to book again. She was fast to respond, clear instructions and a pleasure. Booking again soon!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at 12 Oleander on Hilton Head! The home is stunning—newly remodeled with beautiful finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. Even though it’s conveniently close to the main road, you’d never know it—it's incredibly peaceful and private. The backyard was a total highlight! We grilled out, soaked in the hot tub, and relaxed while our pups enjoyed the fully fenced yard (yes, it’s truly pet-friendly!). It’s the perfect outdoor space for unwinding after a day at the beach. Nestled in the charming Folly Field beach area, the house is just a short drive to public beach access or a pleasant 15-minute walk if you’re up for a stroll. If you're a smaller family looking for a cozy, stylish, and affordable getaway, look no further. 12 Oleander is a hidden gem—book it now, you won’t regret it. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

Alli's place was wonderful. The location was excellent for us. We had a great time there and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

Home was very spacious and very well equipped. As there were only two us, several rooms went unused. Would rent again.
