I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was exactly like the pictures! The bedrooms are so great. It's so perfect for 10+ people because it was so large and spacious. The bathrooms are okay, the only nice bathroom is the largest. The bathroom near the kitchens are very small and there were lots of flying insects. We had hard times finding the villa because it has different location point on Gojek. The amenities and service are incredible! They had everything for eating and cooking. They even had microphone, brooms, and mop. Just lack of mats for us to dry down after swimming. Also, the swimming pool is very nice! Host is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time overall. Thank you very much.

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya bersih banget sesuai dengan deskripsi dan fotonya. Menginap di sini karena akan ada acara di ICE BSD yang lokasinya cukup dekat dengan rumah ini We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Kak Figo and family

Overall is good and nice, very comfortable to stay! Just there are cockroaches appear at the kitchen area and the toilet at the first floor is a bit smelly but not a big problem~

The cleanliness of the place was top notch 💯, all facilities are operating as it should overall i had a really pleasant stay

Tempatnya sangat bersih dan rapi, furniturnya masih baru semua. Tidak ada komplain berarti, semuanya sesuai dengan apa yang dideskripsikan. Nyaman dan luas, cukup untuk 10 orang.

Definitely a nice place if you’re looking to stay at Cilandak (TB Simatupang) area. The location was great with good accessibility.

It was a good experience, right from the beginning. Always responsive and helpful, even had a staff ready to come by and help with any issue. Great location, if you want to walk to a mall, there’s Aeon mall nearby; lots of small shops in the neighborhood all within walking range. If you stay here, you’d be greeted with water bottles and some munchies, thank you! The place is clean and enjoyable. All in all, twas worth the money. Thanks, Asma. Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

The place is located in strategic location and easy to find. The facilities provided are very complete and comfortable for a family stay. David also responsive and warm. Highly recommended!

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. 7명이 지낼 숙소를 찾아보았는데 숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 1층은에어콘이 없지만 실링팬을 켜두면 괜찮습니다. 수영장에서 수영은 못했지만 모여서 발 담고 수다떨었어요. 체크인 전 / 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 잇는지 문의했는데 매우 친절하게 가능하다고 했습니다. 여러명이 가신다면 추천합니다

Rumahnya enak bangett, vibe rumah tua tapi isinya barang2 baru, bersih banget. Enak banget pas kunjungan kemarin untuk kerja bareng rekan kantor. Lokasi juga di pinggir jalan gede jadi enak nyarinya. Sebagai host, chris juga sangat responsif dan membantu. Recomended, value for money, rumah kecil di dalam kota jakarta.

Kami sangat nyaman untuk bermalam disini dan mba nur sangat ramah. Saya dan teman bermalam untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, Wifi nya cukup bagus dan Smart TV nya sangat besar, kebetulan bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti layar proyektor.. sangat rekomendasi
