Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you don't mind climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
