fantastic house in a great little village. The view from property is amazing, especially from the upstairs bedrooms. The house had basically everything we needed and a few taverns within walking distance offering great food as well. we had an amazing week exploring the area and enjoying the sunshine.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Manos's house. His mom lived right next to us, and we got help with everything from him. We toured all of Crete with the rental car. The beach near the house is clean, pleasant, and sandy.

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Heike's place was super well maintained and had everything your heart desires. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our time very much! Heike was also on site on the day of our arrival and personally gave us many helpful tips and explained everything necessary. She was also quickly available to us at any time. Utensils for grilling meat and fish were also fully available. The surrounding small towns with numerous localities are quickly and easily reached by car. If you are athletic, you can also do it on foot :) . But even at home you can unwind, either in a hammock or a lounger.

I stayed at Katerina's place with my wife and two daughters, 22 and 14 years of age, for a family holiday. The apartment is right next to the beach, and was everything we hoped for. It was spotlessly clean, and we weren't short of any amenities, the kitchen had everything you could want to make your own meals. Katerina was also very helpful recommending local tavernas, and places to visit. If you are staying here, a rental car is essential. Katerina and her husband George were also very kind, as we had fresh fruit from their farm, and some beer in the fridge, and also some gifts of wine and snacks. We all enjoyed our holiday and I can definitely recommend Katerina's place.

The apartment is great, very close to the village beach, shops and restaurants. There was everything needed for the stay and Lilian is very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

The accommodation perfectly matches the listing and the location is perfect, the sea is within walking distance very quickly and all the shops and restaurants are at the foot of the apartment. The place was clean and well equipped for a week. The small balcony overlooking a parking lot where rental cars are stored is very nice and allows you to spread your laundry in the sun without inconvenience. The value is excellent and Dimitris even offers to change the sheets and towels after 5 days and offers you fresh fruit, water and juice upon your arrival and during your stay! Everything was perfect, we are very happy to have stayed here and to have met Dimitris, thank you again 🇫🇷🇬🇷 Celia & Arnaud

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tasos’s apartment! It was clean and comfortable and he was very flexible with check-in/check-out as we had flight delays and arrived later then we expected, along with having to check-out at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight. He was great at communicating, responding promptly, and also gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do locally. Would definitely stay here again, and totally recommend to others!

This place is absolutely perfect for a stay in the city center. It has a lovely large balcony overlooking the park and is big and spacious. The place was cleaned perfectly and seemed brand new. Eleftheria communicated ahead of time and gave great information for sites and restaurants. We didn’t need anything so need to reach out but she communicated promptly and kindly. The only bummer was we were only there for one night and the fees (cleaning and Airbnb) was more than the nightly rate. But again the apartment was so clean it seemed like new. Great rooms with big tv in each bedroom and living room. Bathrooms were spacious and again impeccably clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

I traveled to Crete alone and was looking for a place where I am both central and close to the beach and have a way to find peace. The property offers around package. The apartment is characterized above all by the well-equipped kitchen and the two balconies, which offer both space in the sun and food. As a host, Georges is very kind and helpful and is available for any kind of questions. He gave me helpful tips for the region and got in touch for car sharing. A car should definitely be rented here, as the island is very spacious and you can only explore part of it by bus. The connection to Heraklion is very good. Overall, I had a wonderful week and a great stay in Costal Key! The only drawback due to the season: the beach bars and taverns are not yet open at this time and I had a construction site outside the door for the first days.

The location is really a strong point for Gerasimos' accommodation: seeing the sea at breakfast is very relaxing, and the northern exposure means that it does not get too hot. However, air conditioning is also available for the most humid nights. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and even if small it is still very comfortable. I would point out perhaps only the lack of some clothespins for the outdoor clothesline, useful in case of strong winds. The apartments are above a market where you can stock up comfortably, and from which at the end when returning the keys we received a souvenir as a gift. The area is adjacent to the sea and close to the airport, but the window is well soundproofed and we had no noise problems at night. The area features amenities and good restaurants, island tours or excursions are available right outside the house. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
