Monthly Rentals in Paradise Valley

Really great stay, a lot to do in the area and the property is nice and peaceful and quiet. Went away for a last minute friends retreat and there was plenty of space to relax and the arcade was a huge bonus. We spent a lot of time hanging up there, something to do for everyone. Would definitely recommend this place. The hosts were responsive and everything was nice and clean!

Really enjoyed our stay at Merry Hill Cottage. It was very cozy and a peaceful way to spend our weekend away from the city. Thank you Ruby for being responsive about our many questions. Definitely would love to stay here again

We had an awesome stay! The place was super comfortable and had so much to keep our kid entertained—he was psyched about the air hockey table, bouncy house, and video games. It made the trip so much more relaxing for us knowing he was having a blast. We also loved the hot tub—perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. On top of it all, the host was an excellent communicator—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Great spot all around, would definitely come back!

Melissa was a great host and very responsive. Was always a few min away from answering my questions. We had an easy check in and only came for one night. Enjoyed family time and would recommend ! Beds were also very comfy
