Monthly Rentals in Paralia Gialos

We had a wonderful time at the Filaretis Studios starting from the time Thano's Mother picked us up and showed us in to the apartment. I cannot say more about Thanos and his mother who are so helpful and reachable all the time. The studio was as described . the apt has the best view of the Chairs from both the bedroom and the balcony. Bedroom had extra bedsheets, pillow covers and blamkets. Also had extra clean towels.The bathroom is a bit tight but we managed. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The stovetop was not working but was replaced with a portable one immediately as soon as I told them. I really appreciated the quick response from the host. The studio is just 2 mins walk to Rollon supermarket, Catania Del Mar restaurant that we loved and the Chora itself is 5 mins walk. Many restaurants were closed as we had gone there before Easter. Climb up the hill in the Chora to get a beautiful view of the entire island. Thanks to Thanos mother brought us some cakes too.

There aren’t enough words the can express how amazing our stay was at Ioanna’s. Ioanna and her husband made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location of the apartment was sensational with only a small walk into the main part of town. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities you could ever need. We were so sad saying goodbye to Ioanna and her husband as our stay was truly amazing. Ioanna provided us with the most amazing recommendations daily and answered all our questions. We can’t wait to come back and stay one day soon.

Fabulous accommodation in a perfect spot, walkable to the port, bars, restaurants and right on the bus route to easily access other areas of the island. A peaceful haven to rest and enjoy the views of the olive grove.

Wonderful house in a wonderful place ! The view is breathtaking. Everything was perfect and Martha is a very nice host !
