Monthly Rentals in Paralia Perissa

Very spacious flat, a few meters away from the best beach! The flat was clean and quiet and yet close to everything you need. The car park in the front of the flat is also very helpful. All in all very good value for money. The air con works very welll too, definitely a bonus :-) The host is great, super helpful, and he also provides a taxi service, which was very useful as we arrived by ferry and had to collect the car from the airport. All in all I would give the flat a 7/10 as a couple of things could be improved: the shower head is broken, the fridge is incredibly small and the terrace could do with plants to make it more inviting, but I would definitly recommend the flat & the host and would happily book it again!

We had a wonderful stay here!! We loved staying in the quiet, but populated area of Perissa Beach (away from the touristy spots of Oia and Fira). And much cheaper staying here than those big cities (that you can easily get to by bus or renting a vehicle). We loved walking right to the beach, which was literally across the street. Perfect bed, AC unit, bathroom, and amenities for our stay in Santorini. We truly had a wonderful stay here and would 100% stay here again!

Sunday's studio is beautifully decorated, comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. It is very clean and everything is in great condition. It is only 5 minutes from the bus stop (to Fira) and the centre of town. Another 5 minutes further and you are at the beach. The swimming pool is very large with lots of patio furniture for sunbathing. Sunday was always available and it was a pleasure communicating with her. I really enjoyed my stay at her apartment.

We couldn’t be happier. The house and location is even more beautiful than hoped for. Irini and her family are warm and kind. You can see and hear the water from the house. I would love to come back every year if we were not 24 hours by plane away. We will definitely be recommending a stay here to all our friends and family.
