YPA KA’A is a unique house surrounded by forest, just 100 m from the lake. Every piece of furniture and detail was carefully chosen, combining contemporary design, warmth, and functionality Equipped for remote work, it offers an inspiring and peaceful setting, perfect for those seeking rest, connection with nature, and style in one place. The house is designed mainly for a couple, but it can accommodate up to 3 guests or 2 couples, keeping in mind that space will be more limited in that case.

Located 100 meters from the country house, it is at the right distance for tranquility in the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence

Our accommodation has three cabins surrounded by nature in a very quiet area 800 meters walk from La Viuda beach, decorated with designer objects of our own design and designed for the enjoyment of our guests. Two wooden cabins, ideal for couples and families, accommodating up to 4 people. A studio with a bathroom and private terrace in a shipping container, ideal for couples. Located in the County of Prata, in the interior of Nova Prata, Toca da Araucária is a themed underground construction, handcrafted by the family. It's the first TOCA in BRAZIL! The house accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child (in the same room, a double bed and a 1.5m sofa bed), private bathroom and kitchen equipped with a minibar, stove, microwave and utensils. It has air conditioning, gas water heating and Wi-Fi connectivity. Bed and bath linens are available.
