the very thoughtful hostess, good accommodation perfect space for young people, I don't recommend seniors because it's on the 4th floor... and there's no elevator. the value and affordable... easy to get to neighborhood.

Maria Elena and George’s guesthouse apartment is simple yet very functional and an extremely good value; it’s on a busy avenue but situated behind a house in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. There is good WiFi and the mattress is also comfortable so it worked out well for a few day stay

Fico almost every month , the room matches the description, and very comfortable and very clean , I really like the hospitality and recommend it to everyone , really and a nice place that is worth it , the location and great , great restaurants great bakeries , shops , it really has everything, the room and very complete and although there is no stove to prepare mtus things because ah great variety of Eletros , I recommend always staying with Vanderlei , in any of the rooms

The location of the apartment, right next to a Police Department, offers an excellent reference for easy arrival using Transportation Apps. Located on a 1st floor, it has a double bed, sofa, dining room, fridge, iron, a small kitchen with microwave oven, patio, air conditioning and bathroom. One detail to consider is that the shower has no division with the rest of the bathroom, which causes the floor to get wet when using it; however, a towel is provided for this purpose. Its location is strategic, just a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral, Lopez Palace and the National Pantheon of Heroes. In addition, it is located 25 minutes walk from the Costanera and 20 minutes by car from the Paseo Carmelitas, ideal for enjoying the nightlife. The value for the money is adequate. While the neighborhood is not as residential and with little supply of nearby restaurants or supermarkets, the cost of services such as UBER allows you to travel to other areas.

This is a wonderful place to stay, although it takes about 20-25 minutes to get into the center of Asuncion. The internet is incredibly fast. San Lorenzo is very quiet, and there are ample amenities. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to spend a few days in peace and quiet in Piribebuy. The hosts Matthias and Mirian are super friendly and helpful, they welcomed us very kindly. The site has all the necessary amenities up to games. Apart from Matthias and Mirian make some delicious Roman-style homemade pizzas that everyone should try. Not to mention Spike's loving and playful. We definitely come back. 👌🏻

All right with our lodging, Dona Débora and her very attentive husband, they welcomed us very well and, in a moment of unease during the trip, her husband was very helpful. The very cozy house, sure at a next opportunity we will return!

Corresponds exactly to the advertised, very organized, great and cozy spaces. At the end of the day, a beautiful sunset from all openings. The host was very nice from the start. Complied with everything indicated. The place is super comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Very close to everything in Concepción. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook everything you can think of, it even has cups, cups, thermal glasses. The apartment is very bright.
