The space we offer is attached to the house where we live, but totally independent. It has a bedroom, a living room where it is possible to accommodate at least 2 more people, a bathroom, a kitchen, a swimming pool and a natural space with comfortable tree shadows! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just 50 meters from Avenida das Cataratas, a road that gives access to the main tourist landmarks. It is also close to pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarket and 5 minutes from the city center.

Welcome to Casa CintiLAR. Stay in a private residence divided into 4 studio apartments, clean, cozy, semi-detached, simple and in a prime area. Cared for with dedication and affection. Only the outdoor area is shared. You will have privacy. We want quiet guests; who go out during the day and come back at night to rest; do not smoke inside the kitnet and respect that it is forbidden to receive visits from friends and relatives on the premises. The pool is unavailable in winter.
