Monthly Rentals in Paranaque River

I highly recommend staying at Mr. Tan’s place. It’s in a prime location near a mall, hospital and airport. Cleanliness is top-notch. 👍 He’s very responsive on queries. Had an amazing stay!

I’m really happy with the place, lots ot restaurants and convenience stores right inside the resort Security is a bit thigh, as a renter its was complicated to have guests coming and going You will need to get them approved before you arrive with a girl. Your contact needs to send emails to security and your guests need ID. Forget about this place if you’re thinking about bringing different girls it too complicated Also when time to leave i had problems with security to get checked out. You need to have a clearance paper from your contract saying the condo is in good condition I learned that at 5 am while my taxi was waiting for me But for the place and value i would totally recommend this place

Found an affordable place where we can rest before our trip. The place is complete with amenities from pool to kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials. Also, no hassle sa pag check in ❣️

Truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced. They were attentive, quick to respond and beyond accommodating from the minute I booked my stay — up to until I left Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for making my time the last 2 months so lovely :)
