The bathroom is self-contained with shower, WC and sink. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator,... The living room is very bright, gives access to the garden and includes a sofa bed. Supply of sheets and towels (Beds made on arrival), free WiFi, heating/air conditioning and cleaning (excluding kitchen).

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

Small independent house within our property, located between Bourges and Sancerre. In a small village 2 km from shops and next to the pottery village of La Borne. House of 60 m2 that can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a main room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Terrace in front of the house + wooded area with table, garden chairs, deckchairs, swing, children's playground... Arrival as independently as possible (key box).
