The 66 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Shopping is very close to the village center. There is no parking space other than the garage (note dimensions).

You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
