When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

The village of Poběžovice is located about 15 km from two large regional cities, Pardubice and Hradec Králové. There are many sports and cultural activities.
