Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parguera

We stayed in this property in January 2025. Very nice and peaceful location. The house had everything that we needed and had enough space for our entire family. Very clean. 20 minutes drive to big city with great restaurants in about five minutes to a beach with great good options for lunch. I recommend this place. There’s a bunch of convenience stores within five minute drive

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Veronica was very attentive, answered all my questions even helped us find places for certain activities. This Airbnb had pretty much everything you can think of from towels to beach toys for the kids to games & more! I would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much for having us until next time for sure. ❤️

Great location for La Parguera. Peaceful home, great pool and outdoor areas for happy hour/dinner with family. Would definitely come back.

Carlos was very helpful and always responded quickly. The views were amazing!!! Nice big porch to play dominos and hang out even if it is raining. Nice ocean breeze, only used the ac for sleeping. The area was quiet but not very walkable because of the hills, and only a short drive to restaurants, bars and a beach. The house was big and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. But it could use a few updates. All the amenities you need even coolers and beach towels. Overall nice place.

Excellent stay The house is super equipped, everything is very clean and well organized. It has everything you need to vacation comfortably. Parking is safe, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. In addition, the patio is spectacular, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the asado with its charcoal grill. I would definitely come back.

Great location with excellent amenities!

Angel was a good host. He was very responsive to all questions and communications before and during our stay. His place was clean, and well stocked. The property and pool were all well-maintained and secure. Great view, and nice to spend time on the balcony. Nice touches like beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler were appreciated. There are a lot of steps to climb to get to the apartment and two floors in the apartment. There were a few things that needed attention, but nothing that couldn't wait until after we left. We enjoyed our time there.

The place is exactly as the photos describe, the room has air conditioning, the bed is soft, the living room has two fans that make the stay pleasant and a TV Smart TV, the wifi is fast and stable, the kitchen has the basics to be able to cook.

The place was extremely clean and very close to walkable nightlife. The outdoor area was very nice, a great place to relax after traveling. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Even though there was an island-wide power outage, Jocelyn kept us well-informed and maintained great communication throughout. Thankfully, the electricity was restored, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful stay. Her attentiveness made all the difference!

What a beautiful home and it’s perfect for a family. The number of bathrooms (3) help and all the rooms are clean. The kitchen is well equipped with large pots for big meals and the dining room can accommodate all of us. The furniture's are all very comfortable and there is a 2 SMART TVS in all rooms including the 1 of the family rooms. The hot tub is perfect and the rooftop is stunning. The Blackstone was a major plus and allowed the family to bond and made cooking a lot easier!!What a great view! The place is also close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommended for a family getaway! Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and come back.

This is my second time staying here my family loves this location. Close to the beach, my kids loved the pool that was basically just us. Area is very quiet. The house is very comfortable for my family. Only con I would say is the master bed is pretty firm but not a major problem. I love staying here and will definitely come back again.
