Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Paringa

This place is perfect to unwind and relax. A beautiful original home, well restored and stocked, all the mod cons, ample room to relax inside or out. We had three generations and the ability to drive to the rivers edge and utilise the outside space there was brilliant. We brought the boat and were able to dock it at the Jetty. Anna was such an attentive host, even popping down to answer history questions about the house! The stocked pantry with all the basics was brilliant. We left relaxed and recharged. Could not have asked for a better location, host or stay.

The place Daniella has here is beautiful! We found it very warm and inviting with the opportunity to easily walk over the road and enjoy the surrounding lake. We were very fortunate with weather and was able to enjoy the sunset right out front. Daniella was a great host, she was very informative and responsive with any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend high enough for a nice stay in the region.

Cosy cottage with flair and had everything you could ever need. So peaceful, especially in the morning when the river is like glass and you can see the ripples as carp leap from the water. Pelicans gracefully waited in anticipation as we sat by the water fishing. Starry nights as we sat around the fire pit. Soo relaxing and a great few days celebrating mum’s 80th birthday 🥂

Great place for our family to relax , enjoyed the games room as well. Large enclosed block for kids and pets to run around if you have young children.

We loved Jo's very interesting house which had all the amenities and more. Lovely, peaceful surroundings, and the house is very well set up, with comfortable beds and even Easter eggs and bunnies (we saw a few wild bunnies as well). Lovely outside BBQ dining area with special lighting, and kayaking on the lake.

Settlers retreat was perfect, beautiful and a real treasure. We went with our two daughters and their partners for my daughter’s 21st it will be a wonderful weekend of great memories and the perfect home and location to have spent this time together. Everything was clean, neat and very tidy. The most comfy beds and wonderful shower. The 3 acres was pristine with the outdoor lighting allowed all day and evening activities. We played lawn bowls which was fun, had a bonfire and danced and listened to music without any issues with neighbours the location is perfect. We saw kangaroos and birdlife and perfect water for canoeing. We will return for sure and look forward to it knowing it’s a great home and place. This is a place to stay if you want peace and quiet but also close enough to be out and about enjoying the towns experiences. You will not be disappointed if you book it will exceed your expectations as it did for us.

I don’t even know where to start. This place was heaven and absolutely perfect. Morgan and Sam thought of everything, and then some. It was the most peaceful place, it was the sweetest welcome, we were speechless and could not fault a single thing. We arrived and a kangaroo hopped past. There were gorgeous birds, and even 3 sheep who kept us company while we watched the stunning views. Anywhere I go, I always find something that isn’t clean to my standards, but even the cornices were spotless! The recommendations were fantastic, so much to do and see that we ran out of time! I can’t properly express how incredible everything was without writing 1000 pages, but if you’re on the fence, just book it, you will not regret it. What you get is so much more than what you pay for. Our only regret was not booking more nights, but we will definitely be returning as we’ve found our new paradise. Thank you Morgan & Sam for creating heaven on earth, you have got yourselves two lifetime guests.

As well as being the most unusual bnb we’ve stayed at, the PS Julie Fay paddle boat was a wonderful place for us to relax. Moored on a beautiful and peaceful stretch of the Murray, it came with lovely river views and a good variety of bird life, including a resident eastern great egret. The clean and modern facilities made our stay very comfortable, and we were impressed by the generous welcome pack that included diet-specific bread and milk (the host asked about dietary requirements when we booked).
