We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

We had a fabulous time at Loredana’s house. Her mother was there to warmly greet us and was so kind. It immediately felt pleasant. The house is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the digital tv with Netflix to unwind after a long day. Very quiet and friendly village with social neighbours. About an hour away from cinque terre. Everything was as described and we would definitely be back, I can recommend!

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Maria’s B&B is a wonderful quiet and peaceful place. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and she went out of her way to organise a tour for us. Our stay was short but would highly recommend.

We had a great few days at Elena's place. It is a superb house, beautiful and that transmits you a lot of quiet.lity. The whole exterior is very manicured and with amazing mountain views. The house is spacious, rustic and cozy. We love Tuscany and we love Elena's house! Thanks for everything!

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

This is my second time staying with Ivano, so I don't have much to add except that I will definitely come back again a third time, if you are looking for a few days of relaxation this is the perfect place.

I spent a couple of days in a medieval tower that looks like an ancient dream, or maybe another life. No electricity, no heating: only stone, wood, silence, and the weather that slows down. It is an experience that asks to strip off the superfluous, to return to feel your breath, the wind between the cracks, the voice of fire. Every corner of this tower talks about past stories, but it's not a museum: it's alive, welcomes you with its rough authenticity, and forces you to look inside. No distractions, just the essentials. It's a perfect place for those who really need to disconnect and find deep contact with themselves. If you hear the callback, you already know that you need to go there.

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The place matched the pictures and was clean and well maintained. The host proactively communicated. We arrived by car and our bikes on the rear rack. Actually, the car must be parked in a parking lot nearby. When the host noticed this and worried that the bikes could be stolen, he quickly organized a gate opener from a neighbor and we were able to park our car in a courtyard. Thank you again!

A stay full of charm and well filled. We had a real crush on this majestic accommodation: the space, the volumes, the decoration, the comfort, the light, the private garden, the huge inner courtyard so neat and elegant filled with birdsong. The location of this building allows easy walking access to the entire old town and access to the train station is very easy. All food shops are a stone's throw away and we enjoyed preparing and having our meals at home or on the terrace on one level. Only downside for me, the 2 huge rooms are on the street side and so we hear the traffic of cars. Luigi was very attentive from scratch and all his tips were really helpful to discover Cremona and his soul.

Great location, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very nice communication with Chiara. Just a pity that the garbage was picked up very early in the morning and the supermarket across the street was also delivered early. But other than that, it was a great place. Also nice to have some space outside.

Fantastic stay, we felt comfortable in this house. Despite being a room and bathroom, the property is equipped with all amenities and is very clean. The location is ideal to reach several places of cultural or natural interest and is close to supermarkets and restaurants. The view is beautiful and the environment relaxing. The owners are kind and helpful. Definitely recommended
