Without crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still find wonderful tranquillity and the beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Dedgum, rural on the waterfront.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

Our rural farm is located within walking distance of the centre of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Elfstedenroute. In this rural and water-rich area, we offer you a spacious room equipped with a large double bed (2x0.90), a TV/sitting area, and a brand-new bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Additional sleeping accommodation is possible. We created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
