It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bad mit WC und Dusche, in der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Herdplatte. Schlafen kann man auf einem Schlafsofa ca. 1.60m breit. Ein Stück des gemeinsamen Gartens kann mit genutzt werde. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. in 20 Minuten am Starnberger See.
