Dixie Breeze

Dixie Breeze is a darling 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house located just 2 easy walking blocks from the beautiful Mississippi gulf coast. It offers a wide wrap around front porch to take in the luxurious gulf (Dixie) breeze and a completely covered outdoor living space with eating area, swings and hammocks and even an outdoor shower. The house comes equipped with a fully appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and dryer, and a starter set of necessary items. The living room is equipped with a 52 inch flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and blue ray player. The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds (this "kids" bedroom also is equipped with a 52" flat screen TV and xbox gaming system), all with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The house comes equipped to meet all your beach fun needs, ie... beach towels, beach toys, cooler etc. It is located in the relaxed, layed back little town of Pass Christian, a short walk to the beach, marina, charter fishing excursions, and fresh seafood markets. It's 10 minutes from the night life of Bay Saint Louis and Gulf Port, and a short drive to all the gulf coast casinos. It's also just a short ferry ride to historic Ship Island. There are far too many area activities to list. It's a perfect location for your next family vacation!
