Apartment of 38 m², ideally located, quiet, neat decoration, completely renovated, facing the Mont-Blanc chain, the Aravis, Mont Joly. Two shopping malls three minutes away. Exit 21 of the A40 motorway at 1 km. Lac de Passy at 10 mn, Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the Fayet at 5 minutes, Chamonix at 15 mn, Megève at 25 minutes, Ski slopes at 15 minutes.

Its east/south/west facing balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of Mont Blanc, Mont Joli... Close to Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint Gervais, Megève and 10 minutes from Plaine Joux (skiing, paragliding, hiking...). Shuttle at the foot of the building.
