Absolutely stunning place with an incredible city view from the 50th floor—photos don’t do it justice! The space is super clean, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. The host was really proactive and made sure everything went smoothly. Big shoutout to Lady Bee as well—she was so helpful and kind! Had a great stay and would totally come back again.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is! I stayed here a long time and felt very at home. its a very good homebase to explore BKK. The café downstairs is wonderful. The hosts are especially warm and gracious. Walking area is a bit spread out, but i think that the privacy and quietness of the building makes up for this. Highlights include: -The rooftop!! love it up there. -kitchen area -tall ceilings -natural light -good air con -flexible check in and check out

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The entering procedure is easy to follow and was well explained by Anthony. The apartment is quite big and has all equipment one would need. All was clean. We also used Netflix. There is a washing machine at the balcony but we didn´t use it. The location is close to major shopping centers and metro station. However, the apartment itself is quite. Absolute nothing to complain.

Thanks to the host's friendly and accurate description, I used it comfortably. It was clean and tidy, so I was very satisfied.😃👍🏻👍🏻 There are many convenient elements such as parking lots, dryers, etc. I think it's a good place to stay for a long time, like a month-long stay! I had a good rest before heading out.☺️

Very beautiful home in private and central BKK. Love that the TV room is separate to the dining & hangout space on ground floor. Recommended for large group of family and friends.

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Benyada's house is like an oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle of the city, beautiful, clean spacious, we felt at home in it and if we still go to Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again

Spacious townhome with a great location. BTS and airport link is a 5 min motorcycle ride away. Within walking distance is street food and night market. The host is vey informative and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Also allowed early check-in as the room was ready, which was great as we were travelling with children. Host was very helpful with the tour driver on the first day and very responsive when we needed help with the room. The apartment has everything you need and coffee and water was provided, together with the washing detergent for clothes. It's walkable distance to 7/11 and eateries. Quiet location which was most suitable for us. Would stay here again.

I loved staying at Øyvind’s place! It’s a very cozy condo, and compared to others I’ve stayed in around Bangkok, this one really feels like the owner put effort into making it feel like home. The balcony was a huge plus for me, and like others mentioned, I also loved spending time there just looking at the city - the view is fantastic! The coffee machine was the perfect addition! As for the cons, the apartment faces the river, and there are boats with music from time to time, but they’re mostly gone by 10 PM. This might be something to consider for those who go to sleep early, like me. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed it! Thank you, Øyvind!

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.
