We stayed here for a month. Bing is the best host! She's extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive. The home is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood with amazing night market and everything you need at the mall. 711 is a 30 second walk down the road. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

Excellent place to stay if you want to see old Bangkok and live amongst the locals. Clean comfortable accomodation. Great for family’s with plenty of space.

This is a 4-story apartment, the basement is the kitchen and dining room, the 1st floor is the living room, the balcony and 2 rooms, the 2nd floor has 3 rooms and 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. There are 7-Eleven near the accommodation, there are not many other facilities, and the environment is quiet. The owner responds quickly, the house is clean, and the sex will be higher!

If you would like to experience a shophouse living, Neti’s place is a perfect option for you! The place is super clean and more importantly smells so good and makes it feel like home. Except for a little noisy of nervy construction, at night it is quiet. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to food right in front of the house. Our favorite coffee shops are nearby, including the Michelin-starred place that serves mango sticky rice, just a couple of blocks away. The convenience is unbeatable. The house itself is charming and clean. We would definitely come back again!

The layout of the room is a traditional Thai family room, although the exterior of the house is old, the interior room is new and clean and tidy, and I love the setting on the first floor, it is very relaxing!It is about 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest bts MRT Thong lor station, but that road is a bit less convenient for pedestrians to walk, so grab bike is a good option!The surrounding environment is very quiet, the neighboring 7-11 is also convenient to walk for 3 minutes, the small disadvantage should be that the water ditch on the road outside at night is easy to pay attention to cockroaches, but basically does not affect the stay.There are also many nice cafes nearby, which is great for going to waking up or working in the morning, and there are also a few delicious shops, which are highly recommended!Also quick replies with any questions!

Very nice and clean townhouse in the middle of Chinatown! Highly recommended. The house is neat and tidy, just like the pictures, and everything worked perfectly - self-check in with smart lock, house and area guide on QR code on the dining table, and smart TV with apps. We stayed two adults with three children and the ground floor with the living room and kitchen was a perfect gathering place for us. House was quiet and undisturbed at the same time as we could walk to the night market in 2 minutes. Armie is a great host, he seems to have thought of everything and replies quickly on questions.

This is a family of five, a good experience, the balcony is very suitable for taking photos, the house is very cozy, the room on the third floor has a refrigerator, and the space is also large.Kitchenette Although there is no stove, there is a microwave and kitchen items available to cut fruit and drink water.The host was very welcoming and responsive.

Home is beautiful, exactly the way the photos look. Just a little bit smaller than expected but still perfectly fitted our group of 13. Pool was maintained good and was perfect for the hot weather. Meimei was a quick responder! We had a great time.

Thank you for hosting us. Everything ok as per photos & well secured other than what shared privately which I’m sure it’s isolated case. Only thing the distance to bts is quite far. Quite a long 15/20 mins walk especially in the hot sun. Still have to grab most time. 1 of the bathroom upstairs very hot 🥵 becos of the aircon condenser motor running inside there. It create unhappiness in the air when 1 couple had to stay in that room. So becos of these 2 factors, rate can be cheaper😅. Otherwise the stay Is perfect! Thank you again!
