True to the Patmian architecture and style, with whitewashed walls, exposed stones and large windows, it offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with high ceiling and old wooden floor and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable interior spills out onto a shaded courtyard, a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Two or three persons can be accommodated.

The mansion was built by wealthy merchants in the mid 1800's. It is close to the harbor of Skala, restaurants and dining, offers great views to the harbor and the monastery of St John. You’ll love my place because of its unique and genuine 19th century ambiance combined with luxury amenities. The house is good for couples and families (with kids) and can host 6 people. NOTE: you can rent this mansion along with the other house annexed to it, listed as Dimitris's Lux 1800's stone house.

Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας Πάτμου στην περιοχή Χοχλακάς.Αυτό που κάνει το σπίτι ξεχωριστό είναι η μπροστινή μεγάλη βεράντα με την υπέροχη-μοναδική θέα προς το λιμάνι και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα! Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει σκεπασμένη αυλή. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, στο σαλόνι υπάρχει ένα ακόμα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό κρεβάτι.Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό.Υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης.

Our stone house is located just 1 km from the port and less than 1 km from the Holy Cave of the Revelation of St. John. It overlooks the Icarian Sea with wonderful sunsets, but also the port of Skala. It has a private parking space and can accommodate 3-6 people. It includes a reception area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a single living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has A/C, WiFi, cable TV and a washing machine.

Charming stone cottage

This traditional stone house is on the upper side of Skala, the main harbor of Patmos. It is located on a calm street of Consolato neighborhood. Behind the house there are only fields with a spectacular view of St Johns' Monastery and the three windmills. The entrance of the house is on a pedestrian street which leads in 3 min walking time to the vibrant Skala and its restaurants, coffees, diary stores, bakeries and supermarkets. Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
