Kristen and Jason’s apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with a lot of useful amenities. The hosts were also super helpful and responded extremely fast to my questions and requests. Strongly recommend!

Perfect place for us. We came to State College to attend my nephew’s wedding. Ryan’s house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Perfectly clean. Close to many stores but had the feel of being in a private wooded setting. Ryan was very responsive to any questions. Loved having the little deck out back. Only down side was not being able to stay longer. Would love to come again. Thank you Ryan. Perfect stay!

This was our second stay at Erika’s place. We highly recommend her clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s is a short drive from Penn State and downtown State College and very easy to drive or Uber. Beds are comfortable, the gas fireplace is cozy on a chilly day and the coffee station is perfect!! Pictures are accurate and everything is as described. We would definitely stay here again. Erika is a great host and she communicates in a timely manner.
