TWO MIN WALK, Modern home located only 200 mts from paddling out to the top of the famous lefthand pointbreak of Pavones. The Rio Claro is 150 mts away for a refreshing swim after a surf. Now with POOL access shared with Brahman Bungalows. House set up like a large studio on a second floor, with a loft. Spacious with one Full & 2 twin beds in the loft. It has wi-fi, a/c, fans, hot and filtered water, lockbox, outdoor shower, covered balcony, smart TV & full kitchen with all basic appliances.

Casa Kaimana + AC: Surf. Swim. Siesta. Repeat.

Casa Kaimana is a garden oasis with spectacular jungle views, near both the Pilon break (intermediate to advanced surfing) and Beginner Bay. The salt water pool (with a bit of chlorine) is a great place to cool off. The area is quiet, and near the end of a private road. A 4x4 is recommended, especially during the rainy season. Beyond surfing, there's great fishing, whale watching, horseback riding, markets, waterfalls, river floating, boat tours, mountain biking, plus a whole lot more!

Perfect for Surfers and Nature lovers! This screened in house has ocean views and jungle views. No car needed, it's a 15 minute walk to surf and town (restaurants, groceries, shopping). Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck! Fast 50mbps wifi. Private path to the Rio Claro river and your own private waterfall that you can see and hear fall day. You'll see monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, blue morpho butterflies every day. Pets considered on a case by case basis for adl cleaning fee.

Casa Cucula - is awesome! Walk to the surf.

Enjoy all the amenities in this brand new custom home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the beach or into town. The airy and open floor plan comfortably accommodates a small group, or 2 families traveling together. We came to Pavones and absolutely fell in love. There is a little something for everyone - world class surf, fishing, beautiful beaches, wildlife, and plenty of opportunities to slow down and relax. We hope you love it as much as we do.
