Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck! Fast 50mbps wifi. Private path to the Rio Claro river and your own private waterfall that you can see and hear fall day. You'll see monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, blue morpho butterflies every day. Pets considered on a case by case basis for adl cleaning fee.

Casa Cucula - is awesome! Walk to the surf.

Enjoy all the amenities in this brand new custom home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the beach or into town. The airy and open floor plan comfortably accommodates a small group, or 2 families traveling together. We came to Pavones and absolutely fell in love. There is a little something for everyone - world class surf, fishing, beautiful beaches, wildlife, and plenty of opportunities to slow down and relax. We hope you love it as much as we do.
