The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. The house offers with its 180m2 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathroom & WC, 1 guest WC and a spacious Living & Cooking area. There are also 2 balconies with lakeview available and your garden-area. For business trips we offer WiFi with 300Mbit, working space, parking and charging for your E-Car (at extra costs).

This unique home has its own style. The old parlor, historic beds and lights, 2 wood-burning stoves, an old veranda with dining area, parquet floors and a large garden with old fruit trees make a stay a special experience. Clay plastered interior walls, floor and wall heating as well as covered car parking spaces offer the appropriate comforts. For rent is the entire upper ground floor of the building with just under 100m2. New 2025: New oven and sink!

The beautiful villa "Shangrila", which is in mint condition, is situated in Naturno / Naturns and overlooks the nearby mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV.
