You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The unit's original sandstone block walls strike a rustic contrast to modern furnishings, including original paintings fully equipped modern kitchen from where you can safely dine in or on the private, covered in patio-in the safest suburb in Sydney. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay.
