Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.
